When you place an order on Pet Village, it is an offer by you to purchase a product or products for the specified price shown on the website at the time of the order and in accordance with these terms.
Pet Village reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, errors in pricing, insufficient stock, or unreachable delivery address. If this happens, Pet Village may contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Privacy
Completing an order implies acceptance of Pet Village’s privacy policy.
Product Subscriptions
You must acknowledge and accept the conditions of our Product Subscription service prior to creating a Product Subscription.
Order Dispatch

Returns Policy

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately as orders will not be refunded once they have been dispatched. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducated from any refund to compensate Pet Village for transaction processing fees lost. We do not accept cancellations for special order or backorder products.
